Mid-Peninsula Newcomers Club is a social, non-profit corporation. The objective of this Club is to be an organization that promotes good fellowship and encourages Newcomers to become acquainted with people of similar interests.
All residents who have moved to Atherton, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Portola Valley or Woodside within the past five years are invited to join the Newcomers Club. Residents of these towns who have experienced a life change (such as retirement, an empty nest, divorce, or the death of a spouse) within the past five years are also encouraged to join. Ten additional memberships are open to similar residents of adjoining communities.
Dues are $40 per year. Prospective members must complete the application form and submit it to the Membership Chairperson.
Our 'out of area' membership quota is full at this time. Any further 'out of area' applications will be placed on the wait list.
Communication
On the first Thursday of each month, we host a Board Meeting to plan activities for the upcoming month. Descriptions of our upcoming activities are found in the monthly newsletter that is sent to all Newcomers.
